Once one of our transcribers types the audio and proofreads it themselves, the transcript and recording is passed to one of our dedicated and trained proofreaders who compares the finished transcript to the recording and makes any necessary changes. This process offers the highest quality and accuracy as two readers assess the transcript independently for accuracy against the original recording.
